Stratus Firm partnered with DC Magazine and Samsung to produce an immersive evening celebrating Korean culture, craftsmanship, and contemporary innovation. Hosted for Washington’s cultural tastemakers and creative leaders, the event blended refined hospitality with thoughtful storytelling — creating a setting where heritage and modernity existed in seamless dialogue.
Guests were welcomed into an environment that balanced gallery-level design with experiential moments, spotlighting Korean artistry alongside Samsung’s cutting-edge technology. From curated visual installations to elevated culinary touches, every detail was designed to feel intentional, transportive, and editorially polished.
Stratus oversaw the full production and guest experience, ensuring the evening unfolded with effortless flow while honoring the cultural significance at the heart of the program. The result was a sophisticated celebration that felt both intimate and expansive—an experience rooted in tradition, elevated through design, and brought to life through strategic production.

Scope of Services
Project Management
Collaborated on strategy, schedule, communications, and oversight of event planning documentation.
Strategic Creative Discovery & Development
Defined the event's overall creative direction, including visual themes, décor, and guest-flow strategy.
Hospitality & Culinary Oversight
Supported food and beverage planning and execution alongside DC Magazine, including coordination with the Library of Congress.
Production Management
Supported programmatic experience, including run-of-show documentation and overseeing A/V and staging.
Guest Experience & Registration
Led on-site registration, designed a streamlined check-in process, and coordinated guest flow. Stratus will not supply registration staffers.
Security Management
Coordinated security logistics as directed by DC Magazine.
Post-Event Project Management
Assisted with vendor invoice reconciliation and led a post-event stakeholder debrief.
