About the Event
Bozzuto, a nationally recognized real estate company known for creating exceptional communities, hosts the Bozzuto Management Awards each year as a multi-city celebration of excellence across its portfolio. Stratus Firm partnered with Bozzuto to produce this traveling experience, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact in every market.
From logistics and venue coordination to staging, branding, and on-site execution, our team delivered a seamless program that reflected Bozzuto’s culture and values. The result was a cohesive, elevated experience that honored achievement, strengthened connection, and brought the energy of a signature event to teams across the country.
Scope of Services
Project Management
Stratus provided full project management using web-based software, including a timeline of deliverables, scheduling and managing weekly meetings, and providing stakeholder updates and quality control reports.
Budget and Accounting Management
Responsibilities included creating, tracking, and managing event budgets, presenting creative cost-saving solutions, tracking payment deadlines, and facilitating vendor invoicing and payments.
Event Discovery and Program Development
Stratus worked with the client to identify event locations, themes, guest experience goals, and overall event design and flow.
Vendor and Talent Services
Services included managing non-production vendor RFPs and contracts, liaising with talent/VIP staff and security, and sending briefing packets to program participants.
Programming Services
Stratus provided consulting on content development (e.g., storyboards and scripts) and managed the design and execution of the overall programmatic vision.
Food and Beverage Management
Full catering management is included, such as coordinating vendors, compiling menus, and managing setups for attendee needs, green rooms, and executive lounges.
On-Site Technical Production and Logistics
Stratus will oversee technical direction (sound, lighting, video), stage and floor management, load-in and setup of decor, and day-of event timelines.
Registration Management
This includes providing an event management software platform, building a branded event website, and managing guest and sponsor registration and check-in.
Sponsorship Coordination
Stratus will work with the client to craft sponsorship packages and manage logistics for confirmed sponsors at regional venues.
Hotel and Travel Management
A dedicated coordinator will be assigned to oversee hotel room management and local transportation/shuttles.
Post-Event Management
Services include closing out contracts, performing budget reconciliation, evaluating vendor performance, and hosting a final stakeholder meeting.
