Scope of Services
Event Theme and Identity
Collaborating on event themes, timelines, guest experiences, and providing strategy for all stylistic elements like décor, lighting, and branding.
Budgeting and Accounting
Creating and managing the event budget, tracking payment deadlines, facilitating vendor invoicing, and seeking cost-reducing solutions.
Venue and Logistics
Coordinating production schedules and floor plans, managing on-site set-up and breakdown, handling permits, and soliciting and negotiating vendor bids.
Production Services
Full project management, including technical direction for sound, lighting, video, and stage management.
Programming Services
Providing content development consulting, such as storyboard production and story arc creation (excluding script writing), and managing talent during the event.

Assisting with menu selection, coordinating with catering vendors, and ensuring compliance with alcohol laws and regulations.
