Event Theme & Identity

Production
Before your event, Stratus creates a run of show schedule and a timeline for all parts of the program (including speakers, awards, video presentations, and performances), as well as runs the rehearsal with your vendors and program participants. During the event, our team assists with stage management to keep all programs on schedule.
Our team can make all of the necessary arrangements for your technical production, including sound, lighting, stage management, video, and more. We solicit and manage any production vendors needed for your event, as well as coordinate all technical production installations.
Our team is experienced in producing events made for TV or broadcasting, and we can make sure your event is prepared and executed with these unique needs in mind every step of the way. This includes concepting the right look and feel, reserving the space required, sourcing crew and equipment, producing appropriate segments for broadcasting, keeping everything on schedule, knowing the expectations for timing and commercials, and more.

If you’re holding an auction at your event, our team can assist in managing it to ensure it works cohesively with the rest of the experience. We can seamlessly work your auction into your program, keep everyone on schedule, and consult on your auction item storage, display, and security.

Venue & Vendor oversight
We provide full onsite venue management for your event, with on-the-ground support from experts in logistics, production, programming, and more. Whether it’s a hotel ballroom or a convention center hall, an independent warehouse event space or a clear span tent in a field, we are the experts on finding you the best venue for your event.
Our team develops floor plans and guest seating charts for all event venues in order to optimize guest flow. We also coordinate with vendors and event staff to ensure that the floor plans are executed correctly and guests are seated efficiently and on time.
Our team sources and oversees qualified staff for your event, including greeters, ushers, security, and more.

budget Management
Stratus presents creative solutions to achieve your goals while staying within budget, including comparing pricing from vendors and making recommendations based on your needs. We create, manage, and track event budgets, keeping everything up to date with approved costs and expenses, while also tracking payment deadlines and facilitating all vendor invoicing and payment.
Advance & VIP Coordination
At Stratus, we can advance all aspects of your VIPs’ experience from start to finish. This includes booking flights, greeting VIPs when they land, organizing ground transportation, booking hotel rooms, personally checking hotel rooms and keys in advance, booking dinners, escorting VIPs throughout their trip, and coordinating security for VIPs.
To make sure every logistic detail and security concern is addressed, we can send our team of experts days or even weeks prior to your trip or event. Our staff has the experience to liaise with local officials, security, vendors, and hotels to make sure that every single detail is handled before anyone else gets on the ground.

This can include coordinating with your marketing team to ensure consistency and developing effective marketing and social media campaigns to support your event. We work closely with your in-house team or contractors to oversee the layout, design, and creation of both printed and digital collateral, ensuring consistency with the look, feel, and concept of your event.
